PG 20 Hand Press

Hand operated Grommet Press for 8mm and 12mm grommets. Cuts and sets grommets all in one stroke.  Interchangeable dies, adjustable for cutting and pressure.  Reverse handle setup available.  Low to medium volume usage.

An all electric Automatic Grommet Machine.  Single feed hopper for 8mm grommet only.  Cuts and sets grommet all in one operation.  Comes with safety ring and foot  pedal operation.  Not possible to change grommet size.  110 or 220 volt available, high volume usage.

An all electric Automatic Grommet Machine.  Cuts and sets grommet all in one operation.  Comes with dual feed hoppers for eyelets, washers and safety ring.  Foot pedal operation. Not possible to change grommet size.  110 or 220 volt available.  Can be purchased for set up of 12mm, and new this year, 25mm.

Welders

The Triad Wedge Welding System has proven to be the most versatile Automatic Wedge Welder available. The Triad is ideal for your in-house fabrication needs to produce; tents, tarps, awnings, flags, banners, liners, covers, curtains, bags, tubes, etc. The Triad can weld PVC, PE, PP, Urethane, and many other weldable flexible membranes. Thickness of product can range from 5-100 oz. plus, with supported or non-supported material. The Triad is designed to be portable, versatile and user friendly.

This special Triad has been designed around the basic finishing needs of the digital graphics market. This package, based on the 1" (25mm) hem wedge and housing, can provide several welding functions including overlap, flat hem, hem cord and pole
pocket welds.







Spec Overlap

The Spec Overlap Welders are ideal for dedicated overlap welding of the many thermo-bonding materials available on the market today. The new design allows for increased visibility of the welding area, speed and heat control, exclusive wedge swing-out feature, 6-way fully adjustable guide system for overlap welds and a range of wedge sizes available from 3/8" (9mm) to 2" (50mm). As 220V unit, Thick Material wedge and guide system can be applied.

Production Systems

Introducing the “Sinclair Production System”. This system is designed to provide a complete production work station for cutting, welding and grommeting of various fabrication projects. The Main Vacuum Table for welding is the heart of the system. Additional tables can be added to increase the work surface area for welding and provide space for other finishing needs. Offering a precision rotary cutting system and a full line of grommeting machines to compliment the welding. All work is done from a clean, durable work surface and offers versatility to change and grow as needed. Depending on your facility size and layout, the production system is flexible to meet your requirements and can be built to suit
your needs.

10’ Main Vacuum Table

This 10' Main Vacuum Table is the heart of the Vacuum Table Systems, and is the base unit to build off of. You can build your complete Production System from here to include 8' Vacuum Tables, Filler Tables, Cutting Systems and Grommet Machines. This Table includes the Blower Motor, all switches and electronics, vacuum tubes for 8' of welding length, adjustable legs for leveling, material hopper, upright cable system for power cord handling, bold together table system, powder coated steel construction, and is plumbed to accept additional tables. You can add up to 3 additional 8' Vacuum Tables before needing an additional blower Motor or 10'
Vacuum Table.



8' Extension Vacuum Table

The 8’ Extension Table has all the quality construction as the Main 10’ Vacuum Table without the Blower Motor and electronics. These 8’ Extensions will bolt to the 10’ Main Vacuum Table to align the track system for continuous welding.








8’ Filler Table

The 8‘ Filler Table will extend the work surface to match the 8’ Vacuum Tables. Quality construction for a clean work station.
